Code of Practice

As an independent House and Pet Sitter I will:

  • ensure that the well-being and safety of my clients’ pets is of utmost importance at all times;
  • maintain my clients’ homes to the level of cleanliness and tidiness required while staying in or visiting their home, and abide by my client’s strict instructions;
  • at all times respect my client’s wishes to keep living costs to a minimum while staying in their home;
  • make sure that my clients fully understand my services and know exactly what is included with the fee quoted before they book me;
  • conduct business in a courteous and professional manner at all times and practice with integrity and trustworthiness;
  • abide by my own Terms and Conditions for caring for my clients’ pets and property;
  • not seek to impose my own opinions on my clients;
  • not disclose or sell any personal or private information about my clients to anyone else.
